we were on tour of kovalam as members of country club. very good place to enjoy . but management is very very rigid & conservative. it is totaly against members' interest. like we as free member do not get free pick up service. we are paying heavy tax on very high & inflated rent ( we actually do not know exact rent in off season.).it has i think nothing to do with KOVALAM branch ;but actual management is poor & unfriendly towards members.they are charging for every thing at 5 star rates & fools us by saying it is free for members. even we can get the same rooms of country club at the rate we are paying for tax & other services.room rates were around 1500 for equally good rooms in other hotels including tax.
yes we were pleased with restaurant service; particularly mannerism.booking facilities not available at ahmedabad.
come on country club ! we can pay , but always demand for better services.
